CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
At Amigo Informatics, we understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel the service you have signed up for. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation of service can be requested by email at any time. To schedule an appointment, please submit a ticket to support@wordpress-1001483-4084774.cloudwaysapps.com.
- If you cancel, any special pricing agreed upon will be void. If you wish to renew your contract with us later, you must renew at the non-reduced, normal price for that service.
- Please note that at the time of cancellation, your account will immediately be deactivated.
- A notice period will be applicable for cancellations based on the engagement agreement between you and us.
Refund Policy
At Amigo Informatics, we strive to provide the best quality services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
- In most cases, you have paid for services and see the results in our demo session before the final delivery. If you do not see the result that was promised, Amigo Informatics would do everything in its power to ensure that the lack is made up to you in some way. However, we do suggest that if you are having issues, you let us try to help you – submit an email support ticket to support@wordpress-1001483-4084774.cloudwaysapps.com. If we are unable to resolve, you may ask for a refund.
- We cannot guarantee that every service advertised on Our Website is available. If a service becomes unavailable at any time, we will refund any money you have paid within 14 business days of service unavailability. Our refund will cover the period of unavailability and not any period for which Services have been available.
- Refunds will only be applicable for software solutions built by Amigo Informatics from scratch.
- Refund requests can be made within 7 days of service delivery. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of our services, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for the request, and we must have made a genuine attempt to address your concerns. If we are unable to address your concerns and provide satisfactory solutions, we will issue a refund.
- If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the services.
- In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services instead of a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for Zoho integrations, implementation, customizations, or any ad-hoc services if the desired output has not been seen due to the limitations of Zoho.
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been consumed or completed.
